You will be received as friends: choose independence by staying in the rooms reserved for you on the 1st floor, or share moments with us in our lounge and at our table d'hôtes to discover our homemade meals.

Our house is located in a quiet residential area , ideal for relaxation. You can enjoy our outdoor swimming pool, open in summer from 9 am to 12 pm and from 5 pm to 8 pm, perfect for cooling off after a day of sightseeing or hiking. The house is situated at the foot of the Bauges mountain range , less than 10 minutes from the old town and the lake, 20 minutes from the Semnoz ski resort, and 40 minutes from the Aravis mountain range .

We offer one or two spacious and comfortable double rooms , depending on the number of travelers. The second bedroom is available for groups of 4 or more. Perfect for a stay with family, friends, or as a couple , whether you want to enjoy the lake, the mountains, the pool, or outdoor activities around Annecy.
